Cellular Senescence

This inflammations leads to tissue dysfunction and may turn against the healthy cells and turn them into senescent. This spreading continues until something like the zombie apoptalypse overpowers some sections of the body leading to frailty.

Some of these signs of senescence may knock in early in life when people who have accumulated fat cells, which spread by causing inflammation to other, cell tissue like the muscles.
